I’ll give them credit where it’s due, customer service got back to me fast, which isn’t what I expected. The reply was simple, but at least I wasn’t left waiting around...

I ordered a sweater for store pickup and got the email saying it was ready, so I figured it would be quick, in and out, easy. But when I got to the store, no one could seem to find it, and I ended up waiting around for maybe 20 minutes while different employees checked different places. They were nice about it, so I don’t want to sound too harsh, but it definitely felt like nobody really knew what was going on. The sweater itself was totally fine once they finally found it, so no issue there. It was just the whole pickup part that was kind of annoying, and I’m not sure I’d choose store pickup again after that.

The return process was okay and went through without much trouble. Like I said, returning the item wasn’t really the issue. The exchange just took longer than I expected, and the updates were slow. Like I said, it worked out in the end, but I wish the communication had been quicker

I’ve been using it for a bit the points do add up faster than I expected. It’s not like a huge thing overnight, but it’s Nice seeing the rewards build up over time.

I’m happy with this overall. The fabric feels really soft and comfortable, which I love, but I do wish the sleeves had a bit more stretch to them. They’re not terrible, just a little less flexible than I expected.

I do like some of the clothes here, I mean, they have some really cute pieces, but the sizing can be hit or miss. I just wish they kept more plus and petite options in stock.

I tried to shop on Christopher & Banks, i gave it a fair shot before giving up. The pages were loading slowly, the filters were awkward to use, and the checkout process didn’t feel smooth at all. I don’t think I’m being too picky here, if I’m ready to buy something, the site shouldn’t make it this hard. I ended up leaving without placing an order. It definitely needs some work.
